Shoperies accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo. My Basket Feature will not support paypal due to limitations in the system.
We accept Shoperies coupons that you can apply towards your order. When you checkout you can enter the coupon code in Apply Discounts and enjoy savings on your Shoperies order. To get coupons like us on Facebook and lookout for deals in our newsletter. We do send out coupons to our existing customers very frequently. With or without coupons, be assured that you are getting highly competitive prices on all grocery items.
You can cancel, change, or reschedule an order anytime before the order cutoff time.

We do not provide realtime tracking of order, yet. All deliveries are made same day or next day based on when order is placed. Your delivery schedule will be specified in the order confirmation email. Typically all delievries are made between 4PM and 7PM in the eastside areas and between 6PM and 9PM in the Seattle and other areas. We often find the seattle area traffic to be extremely high, We would suggest customers little far away from seattle that their orders can get delayed upto 10:00 PM.

For all perishables we request you send us a photo of the product you have issue with as soon as possible. We will review and process a refund or arrange for replacement. Refund for perishables have to be handled within 24 hours. Perishables include vegitables, frozen items, refregirated items.
For all non-perishables, we request you send us a photo of the product you have issue with, within 30 days. The item should be in its original packaging. We will review and process a refund or arrange for replacement.

We often find the seattle area traffic to be extremely high, All seattle deliveries are made between 6:00 to 9:00 PM. We would suggest customers little far away from downtown seattle that their orders can get delayed upto 10:00 PM. You will be nofitied on possible delays due to heavy traffic during the delivery days.

The Green tote bags are property of shoperies.com and are given to customers for convenience purposes only. These bags have to be returned in the condition they were provided to customers. They have to be returned back within 1 to 2 weeks time. If not returned we will charge $1.5 for every regular bag and $3.5 for every insulated bag provided to customer.
You should atleast return the bags when you order with us next and when our delivery drivers are there to delvier your next order.
Green bags can be left outside your door for our delivery person to pick up, to be collected when making a delivery. You can also drop off the bags at Shoperies location. Please email support cs@shoperies.com for directions.
Certainly. We will leave your order in tote bags outside your door, if you are unable to receive your order. Please pick up your order within 2 hours of delivery. Shoperies cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items in such cases. We send out a text to the phone on file when we start our delivery out. We also send out a text when the items are placed at your door step. If not able to deliver we send out email and wait for confirmation. If we donot get confirmation within a day we cancel the order.
Yes, we deliver to gated communities. You can provide your apartment number and gate code in your address. We can leave the bags at the concierge where possible and when you are not available to pick the bags. We ask that you be available in the delivery window or make arrangement to get building access. If we are unable to get access during delivery attempt items will be redelivered the next day. We expect our customers to come down to their gate to get their groceries.
For all customers who have unrestricted clear and visible access to their door step, we deliver to their door.
For those customers who live in secured buildings with limited parking and gated entry -
We expect customers to be available during the window to come down and pickup their bags.
Our delivery drivers are not equiped to navigate apartment buildings with limited keyed access in both keypad and elevators. In order to get your orders on time we expect the customers to be available during their delivery window and be available to come down to pickup their groceries. Our driver will send out a notification between 30 and 10 minute windows.
You can send us email or let us know in your delivery directions in address any delivery instructions. You do not need to be home to receive a delivery. But we ask that you pick up your order within 2 hours of delivery. Shoperies cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items in such cases.
No, you do not have to tip the delivery person. If you feel that you’ve received exceptional service please go to our website and write a review. Your experience and satisfaction will be very helpful for other customers.

Shoperies Weekly Essential Basket is a subscription service which allows Customers to subscribe to necessary vegetable supplies and any other grocery items you need in your kitchen, every week on a set Schedule.
With COVID situation, the demand for groceries has gone up, the grocery food supply chain is strained and unable to keep up with the demand. As a result, customers are experiencing empty shelves and many incomplete order fulfillment. By opting in for the Weekly Essential basket, Shoperies will guarantee vegetable supply and delivery to you.

Yes, the current minimum order size for Weekly Essential Basket is $45. Orders are automatically created 48hours before scheduled delivery and if the basket does not have $45 worth of items, then a $4.99 delivery fees is added.
Yes, you can do that. However due to high order volume we are unable to do same day or next day delivery. Current delivery delays can take up to a week to receive your order, ETA is available and shown on checkout page. With the Weekly ESSENTIAL Basket you get fixed guaranteed delivery, set to a particular day of the week, every week.

- Weekly Essentials Basket has a predetermined set of most commonly needed vegetables that are automatically added to your Weekly Basket that you can modify.
- Essential Items are available that you can add in to your Weekly basket and these get delivered every week as part of your Weekly Basket
- All other items can be added as add-on items and these show up separately in "One time add-on Items" section on your Weekly Basket page. These items are auto-dropped from the basket and are one-time delivery items only.
You need to OPT IN ASAP to secure a delivery spot. We have only a fixed number of daily delivery slots available. First priority in delivery will be given to Weekly ESSENTIAL Basket Customers. If all available slots for the Weekly ESSENTIAL Basket are taken, we will be unable to accept further basket orders and you will need to place a regular order. Delivery for regular orders are delayed due to huge demand for grocery delivery.
Weekly ESSENTIAL Basket will be available for as long as you need it. If you do not want Weekly ESSENTIALS you can suspend your basket from your account. Once the basket is suspended, to activate again you will need to email customer support at cs@shoperies.com to put you back in queue depending on delivery slot availability.
Yes you can, recommended list of essential items are automatically added. You can remove the items and add additional items from Essential Items category into basket for weekly delivery. All other items can be added as add-on item for that week only. Our goal is to work with fixed set of items which will help better guarantee supply, efficient packing, and fewer missed items in fulfillment. Especially in the time of the COVID pandemic we want to bring consistent and worry-free supply of vegetables to your kitchen every week.
Please let us know and we can add any item into Essential Items category which can then be added into Weekly baskets.
You will be able to add any items from “Essential Items” Category for a weekly delivery. These are items which we can guarantee supply every week and can be added to your basket. Only items from Essential Items category will be sticky to your basket meaning, it will be delivered every week. All other items on Shoperies can be added to basket as one-time Add-on item. These ADD ONS are one time delivery only and will not be sticky every week. You will need to Add-on items to basket before scheduled basket delivery. Every product has a “Add to Basket” button in Product Detail page. You can click on it to add your selected item to your basket.
You should add Add-on items to your basket atleast 48hours before your Order delivery date.
Currently, we do not allow an option to temporarily suspend the Weekly Basket or Hold any order. Orders would have to get delivered as scheduled. You can suspend the Weekly Basket Subscription from the settings page atleast 48hrs before next scheduled delivery date.
To resume the Weekly basket service, you would have to OPT IN again and if all available slots for the Weekly ESSENTIAL Basket are taken we will be unable to accept further basket orders. Your request for Weekly Basket will be put in queue and will be handled on First Come First Serve basis.
All changes to basket must be made before 48hours of schedueld delivery date
We work on short turnarround time with the farms we work with. We tend to constantly restock and clear our shelves to provide you high quality produce. Our personal shoppers have a keen eye towards quality of produce. Since we can only provide fresh produce some vegitables can go out of stock without notice. We would call you for recommendations on replacement
We only list most commonly purchased items or items that we stock ourselves. We have a huge stock of items in our inventory which we maintain and keep fresh.You might see items go out of stock for a short time period. There is a possibility that some items you order is not available for delivery. We would notify you on those circumstances.
We stock almost everything except for some speciality items like bread which expires very fast. We shop for those, look for expiry dates to deliver to our customers. All of our Local dairy comes from local farms within 100 miles, so you can find them better stocked than local grocery chains.

We buy them from a variety of local farms, dairies, wholesalers, and stores where we can get items fresh and for a bulk discount price.
Refrigerated perishables will stay fresh in the delivery boxes up to two hours after delivery. Frozen items should be placed in the freezer immediately.

To be sure fruits and vegetables are not contaminated with harmful bacteria, follow these simple steps when selecting and storing fruits and vegetables.
- At home, keep fruits and vegetables separated from raw meat, poultry, and seafood to prevent cross-contamination.
- Once at home, store all fresh-cut ready-to-eat prepared produce in the refrigerator to keep it cold.
- Wash all whole fruits and vegetables, including larger items like melons, just before preparation for eating. Cut out damaged (bruised, discolored) areas before eating.
- Before and after handling fruits and vegetables make sure your work area and utensils are clean and that your hands have been washed with hot soapy water.
- Fruits and vegetables should be washed under running water. Soaking them in water increases the opportunity for cross- contamination and is not recommended.
- Produce such as apples, cucumbers and melons that can be rubbed without damage should be scrubbed using clean hands or a clean scrub brush.
- Dry washed fruits and vegetables with clean disposable paper towels.
- Once cut or prepared, all fruits and vegetables should be refrigerated promptly. After serving, refrigerate leftovers within two hours.
- It is not necessary to wash ready-to-eat prewashed and packaged fresh-cut produce. If you choose to rewash this type of produce follow the instructions above. Always wash unpackaged prepared salad mixes under running water prior to consumption.

Yes, there is a restocking fees of $4.99 if the order is not picked up the same day.
You can reschedule the pickup order until 24hours before your pickup date/time. Once the order gets packed for same day or next day deliveries, there will be a $4.99 restocking fees to reschedule the pickup order.
